Une entreprise de média à Lausanne recherche un(e) chargé(e) de formation pour analyser et anticiper les besoins en formation, organiser des séminaires et concevoir des contenus e-learning. Une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en formation d'adultes est requise, ainsi qu’une connaissance des LMS et des outils Office 365. Commandes et suivi qualité sont essentiels dans ce poste.
