EPFL, l'École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, recherche un Partenaire Expérience Employé-es - Doctorant-es pour conseiller et soutenir la communauté doctorale, et accompagner les directeurs de thèse sur des questions RH complexes.
Le poste requiert une formation RH et au moins 8 ans d'expérience, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français. CDI, 80% d'occupation minimum, travail sur le site à Lausanne.
