The Academic Office department is responsible for fostering an environment of academic excellence and integrity across the EHL Group. Its mission includes overseeing academic governance, ensuring compliance and accreditation, managing faculty affairs and development, supporting thought leadership and research strategy, and maintaining institutional relations with academic authorities. Through these responsibilities, the Academic Office strives to build a dynamic and supportive academic ecosystem that empowers students, faculty, and researchers to reach their highest potential.

The mission of the Head of the Center of Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) is to support the Chief Academic Officer in leading the CTLE and facilitating faculty support and development for the EHL Group. She/He oversees the introduction and expansion of educational technologies across programs to enhance classroom delivery and student engagement, and is responsible for shaping and developing the institution’s Teaching & Learning Strategy.
This role is critical in supporting the professional growth and performance of faculty members as new digital initiatives are being launched requiring diversified teaching practices. The position is also key in leading initiatives that advance faculty learning and institutional values, while driving forward EHL’s strategy, mission, and vision for digital education and training.
- Co-create and drive the Teaching & Learning Strategy to deliver a signature EHL classroom experience, fostering excellence and innovation in teaching, research, and learning.
- Adapt pedagogical content and curriculum in line with industry trends such as AI, sustainability, and digital transformation.
- Lead the CTLE and a multidisciplinary team (faculty developers, education specialists, learning designers, instructional technologists) to implement strategy and enhance faculty support.
- Design and implement faculty development programs to continuously advance pedagogy, educational technology, and research expertise across campuses.
- Monitor pedagogical and EdTech trends to inspire faculty and nurture a culture of innovation and reflective practice.
- Oversee the development and use of learning technologies across the faculty, teaching assistants, learning designers, and content studio.
- Establish processes to recognize pedagogical excellence and innovation, including faculty awards.
- Address gaps in pedagogical and digital skills through compulsory training and specialized workshops.
- Supervise the selection, implementation, and integration of educational technologies, including policy and process development.
- Promote EHL values and community engagement, supporting continuous improvement, accreditation, and teaching quality.
- You have a PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field, or substantial experience in the subject area.
- You have 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar position.
