Driller – Deep Geothermal Drilling Projects

As part of the development of our deep geothermal activities, we are seeking an experienced Driller to manage and execute drilling operations on strategic geothermal projects. You will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations while contributing to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee day-to-day drilling activities in accordance with the drilling program.
• Supervise the Rig Floor crew on super light Rig, using MPD system and ensure efficient execution of operations.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance and readiness of drilling equipment.
• Responsible for safe working conditions on the drill floor and promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, well control requirements and current safety regulations.
• Report operational issues and support continuous improvement of drilling performance.

Your Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in onshore Oil & Gas drilling or deep geothermal drilling, MPD experience preferred.
• Strong operational knowledge of drilling equipment and well control practices.
• Committed to health, safety, security and environmental standards.
• Mandatory certifications: IWCF Level 4, OPITO H2S, MIST and OGUK Medical Certificate.
• Fluent French or intermediate and good operational English.
• European citizen or holder of a valid European work authorization.
