Derrickman – Deep Geothermal Drilling Projects

As part of the development of our deep geothermal activities, we are seeking an experienced Derrickman to support drilling operations on strategic geothermal projects. Working closely with the Driller and Assistant Driller, you will contribute to safe and efficient drilling operations while supporting the development of sustainable energy solutions.

• Handle and rack tubulars in accordance with operational procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist in running drilling strings in and out of the hole under the supervision of the Driller or Assistant Driller.
• Operate drilling fluid systems and pumps during drilling operations on super light Rig and using MPD system.
• Mix chemicals and additives, and monitor drilling fluid volumes and properties.
• Record drilling fluid data and report any operational issues.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and operator requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in onshore Oil & Gas drilling or deep geothermal drilling, MPD experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of drilling fluids systems, rig operations and safety procedures.
• Safety-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
• Mandatory certifications: IWCF Level 2, OPITO H2S, MIST and OGUK Medical Certificate.
• Fluent French or intermediate and good operational English.
• European citizen or holder of a valid European work authorization.
