About the RoleWe’re hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to drive new business and expansion across EMEA & India.
This is a high-impact role for a seller who combines:
strong enterprise sales execution
technical credibility with engineering teams
the ability to navigate complex buying committees
a strategic mindset for multi-year customer growth
You will own the full sales cycle - from first engagement to enterprise agreement, and will partner closely with Technical Account Managers and technical squads to deliver measurable customer outcomes and long-term expansion.
What You’ll DoOwn enterprise revenue growth
Build and execute account strategies to land and expand enterprise customers
Manage 9–12 month sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and executive alignment
Close high-value agreements (CHF 100k–1M+)
Lead complex, technical sales processes
Position Neural Concept as a strategic engineering capability - not a point tool
Engage engineering leadership, simulation teams, data science, IT/cloud, and executives
Translate engineering challenges into business outcomes (time-to-market, cost, quality, capacity)
Drive executive-level value conversations
Build ROI narratives and success criteria with customer leadership
Partner with TAMs to convert technical adoption into renewals and expansion
Maintain a clear pipeline view and forecast discipline
Build long-term strategic relationships
Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and champions
Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes
Identify cross-site and cross-program expansion opportunities
You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with long, complex cycles (9–12 months)
You have strong technical credibility - ideally an engineering background; you understand CAD/CAE ecosystems and how engineering organizations operate
You have a track record closing CHF 100k to 1M+ deals
You are confident selling to complex buying teams (Engineering, IT, Data Science, and executives)
You are proactive, structured, and thrive in fast-changing environments
You bring strong communication skills and executive presence
You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice-to-have
Experience at Ansys, Altair, Siemens, Dassault, Autodesk, Hexagon
Experience in engineering consulting (McKinsey, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.)
Domain exposure to Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing
Landing strategic enterprise customers
Building multi-year expansion plans
