Technical Design Lead

We are looking for a Technical Design Lead to sustain product design and development with a global approach considering return on experience on the existing product portfolio (components, materials,...) suppliers capabilities and manufacturing processes.

• Lead sustaining engineering end-to-end
  : independently drive product, material, supplier and process changes across the product lifecycle
• Own change control
  : run impact assessments and risk evaluations, align stakeholders, and keep technical documentation compliant with design control requirements
• Coordinate verification
  : define and orchestrate the V&V activities needed to support each change and secure implementation
• Solve real problems
  : contribute to root cause investigations, CAPAs, non-conformity resolution and audits where engineering expertise makes the difference
• Work cross-functionally
  : partner daily with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and external suppliers to keep products compliant and supply uninterrupted

• Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Materials or Plastics Engineering (or related discipline)
• 5–15 years in product development / lifecycle management in a regulated environment (medical devices / biopharma) using Solidworks.
• Solid grasp of design control principles and ISO 13485; hands‑on experience with engineering change management under a QMS
• Ideally, exposure to single‑use technologies, tubing assemblies, injection molding, extrusion or sterilization processes
• A self‑driven, structured way of working — you coordinate stakeholders and deliver without needing close supervision
• Fluent English;
