Technical Project Manager Construction - Energy Infrastructure Sector
As a Technical Project Manager Construction, you will be responsible for the client-side planning and management of the structural elements in substations, buildings, foundations, and pipe blocks. You ensure high quality, punctuality, and cost efficiency, working closely with external planners and construction execution teams.

Greater Zurich area / Canton Aargau or in Lausanne
- Responsibility for client-side planning of structural elements in substations, buildings, foundations, pipe blocks, and transition structures
- Ensuring client-side quality for civil engineering including HVACSE in planning as well as in external planning by general planning
- Preparation of drafts and preliminary projects for civil engineering and structural works
- Participation in the procurement of planning services
- Support of project management and external planning in approval, tendering, and execution phases
- Ensuring quality assurance in all project phases and technical support of construction management
- Support in implementing occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
- Promoting effective and trustful collaboration across organisational boundaries
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in planning and realising infrastructure, civil engineering, and structural projects (ideally in the environment of substations 50 to 380 kV)
- Sound knowledge of Swiss regulations and standards in civil and structural engineering as well as the SIA methodology
- Experience in structuring complex work packages and advising project partners
- Good business management knowledge
- Strong problem‑solving skills and decisiveness
- Ability to communicate technical contexts clearly and moderate interdisciplinary working groups
- High social competence and ability to lead and develop external partners
- Very good German skills (native or comparable), negotiation-level French or Italian as well as advanced English
- Confident use of MS Office, SAP, and project management tools
