Flexsis Lausanne Industrie recherche un Ingénieur industriel senior pour accompagner la transformation d'un site de production en Suisse romande, avec rationalisation du layout et arbitrages make/buy, via des ateliers de co-construction et un calendrier serré.
Vous pilotez un flux d'ateliers, challengez layouts et flux physiques, et proposez des scénarios d'investissement chiffrables; idéalement vous avez 10–15 ans d'expérience et maîtrisez Lean/Six Sigma.
