The Fund Dealing Desk is currently centralized and operated exclusively from Switzerland, serving Azqore’s client banks across its international footprint. This setup allows us to concentrate specialized expertise and ensure effective management of complex and higher-risk transactions.

Within Azqore SA Operations, the Fund Dealing Desk is responsible for the execution and lifecycle management of subscription, redemption and transfer orders across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments and Private Equity structures on behalf of private banks that have outsourced this activity to Azqore.

The team manages complex and non-standardized transactions where operational expertise, sound judgment and risk awareness are critical to ensure accurate and timely execution. The role focuses on Hedge Funds and alternative investment operations, involving complex fund structures, critical controls and situations requiring expert analysis and decision-making.

The Fund Dealing Desk is responsible for the following activities:

• End-to-end management of subscription, redemption and transfer orders across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments and Private Equity structures.

• Timely execution and monitoring of complex and non-standardized transactions throughout the full operational lifecycle.

• Application and analysis of fund-specific dealing terms, including cut-offs, notice periods, lock-ups, gates, side pockets, liquidity restrictions and bespoke fund requirements.

• Coordination with Transfer Agents, fund administrators, Global Custodians, depositaries and external counter parties.

· Liaise with our client banks to clarify operational requests, to communicate alerts or processing issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

• Control and reconciliation of cash and securities movements, settlement instructions and payment processes.

• Investigation, escalation and resolution of complex operational incidents, discrepancies and exceptional events.

• Execution of critical controls supporting operational risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and service quality.

• Production of operational reporting, key performance indicators and management information supporting business oversight.

• Act as a senior operational expert for Hedge Funds, alternative investments and complex fund structures.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end management of subscription, redemption and payment instructions, from execution through final booking and reconciliation.

• Analyze fund documentation and identify operational constraints, including lock-ups, notice periods, gates, side pockets, liquidity restrictions and exceptional provisions.

• Apply expert judgment to assess non-standard situations and determine the appropriate operational treatment.
