As a Safety and Health Specialist you will lead and manage day‑to‑day occupational Safety compliance on‑site and actively contribute to promoting a strong Safety culture across Nestlé Research. You will support employees, contractors, and line managers by providing practical Safety guidance, training, and coaching, while ensuring that occupational Safety standards, procedures, and emergency measures are effectively applied.

• Participate in developing the occupational Safety Strategy and Roadmap for the center
• Support the implementation of Safety initiatives and improvement actions in the Roadmap
• Track occupational Safety KPIs and contribute to reporting activities
• Oversee compliance with occupational Safety standards, rules, and procedures on‑site
• Conduct Safety inspections, workplace observations, and hazard identification
• Promote a proactive Safety culture through field presence and Safety dialogues
• Participate in reporting Safety incidents, investigations, and follow‑up actions
• Train and coach employees and contractors on occupational Safety and Safe practices

• Specialist in occupational Safety as stated in OQual (CFST Safety Officer, STPS or equivalent)
• Solid professional experience in Occupational Safety & Health
• Experienced in research, laboratory, technical, or industrial environments
• Solid knowledge of occupational Safety principles and practices
• Leadership and ability to influence Safe behaviors on the field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Teaching, coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a team environment
• Fluent in French and English
