Une agence de recrutement recherche un-e Assistant-e en soins et santé communautaire pour renforcer son équipe dans un hôpital reconnu à Lausanne. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un CFC d'Assistant-e en soins et santé communautaire et 2 ans d'expérience en EMS ou psychiatrie. Les responsabilités incluent l'accompagnement des résidents et la participation active aux projets thérapeutiques. Ce poste offre des missions de jour et de nuit avec des conditions salariales en accord avec la CCT du secteur social vaudois.
