Les Service des maladies infectieuses du CHUV recherche un chef de clinique pour mettre en place des études cliniques dans le domaine de la phagothérapie. Expérience préalable dans une spécialité de médecine interne (si possible infectiologie ) ou en microbiologie. Solide expérience dans la mise en place et/ou le suivi d'essais cliniques (aspects méthodologiques, éthiques, réglementaires).
