Product Program Manager - Endoscopy Western Europe

This is a Product Marketing Program Manager role within the Endoscopy Operating Unit (OU) in Western Europe. The role will be responsible for the Hepatobiliary (HPB) and Hemostasis portfolio, with a focus on launching a new Medtronic product line (Cholangioscopy) in FY27‑28. The position can be based anywhere across the WE region and includes leading all marketing efforts for the HPB and Hemostasis portfolio.

In this role you will develop effective strategies to gain market share in HPB and Hemostasis markets, guide the launch of innovative pipelines, influence clinical evidence strategy, and deliver accurate demand forecasts.

• Identify market opportunity & barriers to entry, work with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective strategies and programs to overcome key identified market adoption barriers, while also contributing to and influencing the clinical evidence strategy and dissemination tactics.
• Develop a segmentation strategy to identify and target the right markets for new product launches and expansions, develop & launch insights based value propositions, supported by effective & qualified marketing toolkits and omni‑channel communication plans, and lead new product launches to develop this new market, as well as set up tracking dashboards with leading & lagging KPIs, supported by quarterly business analysis.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver accurate demand forecast through the integrated business planning process, serving as a technical expert, demonstrating products/services, providing training & education, in‑service or trade‑show support and troubleshooting product issues.
• Train, develop & educate the field on selling our HPB & Hemostasis solutions, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) & society partnerships, and developing new KOLs to drive a top‑down approach to market adoption.

• Experience in working collaboratively across many functions within an organization to develop comprehensive market share strategies, particularly in launching disruptive innovations that leverage emerging trends in healthcare.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and notable executive presence, coupled with the ability to design solutions at all levels from medical departments and purchasing to C‑suite.
• Strong commercial acumen evidenced by at least 7 years of Marketing & Market Development Experience with in healthcare, along with a strong project‑management orientation with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex list of projects to completion.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Available to travel up to 30% of working time in Western Europe for business purposes.
