Role Overview
We are seeking a Data & Machine Learning Analyst to support data-driven optimization of executive education programs. The role focuses on data engineering, database harmonization, and the application of machine learning techniques to improve participant onboarding processes and post-program follow-up.
This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract (CDD).
Key Responsibilities- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and integration across multiple structured data sources
- Design and maintain harmonized databases to ensure data consistency and reliability
- Develop and apply machine learning models to optimize:
- Participant onboarding processes
- Engagement tracking and post-program follow-up
- Analyze program performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for continuous program improvement
- 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in:
- Supply chain
- Operations analytics
- Business analytics or data science
- Strong understanding of the academic or executive education environment
- Experience working in business-oriented data and AI projects
- Familiarity with cross-functional environments involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Solid knowledge of machine learning methods (predictive modeling, optimization, analytics)
- Understanding of machine learning applications in business contexts
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SAP BI)
- Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to academic and executive stakeholders
