DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to build, operate, and evolve the delivery and runtime infrastructure for high-performance, highly available systems
. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, Linux systems, and platform reliability
, ensuring that Golang-based services are deployed, observed, and operated reliably in production.

This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who understands both application behavior and system-level constraints, and who enjoys enabling teams to ship fast without compromising stability or security.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Golang-based services across multiple environments
• Build and operate deployment workflows for containerized applications running on Red Hat–based Linux systems
• Collaborate with Go Software Developers to ensure services are deployable, observable, and production-ready
• Work closely with System Administrators to align application delivery with RHEL infrastructure standards
• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation for provisioning, configuration, and environment consistency
• Support high-availability deployments
  , including rolling updates, zero-downtime releases, and rollback strategies
• Implement and maintain observability tooling (metrics, logs, alerts) across applications and infrastructure
• Participate in incident response
  , contributing deployment, automation, and platform-level remediation
• Improve system reliability by identifying and eliminating manual processes and operational bottlenecks
• Ensure secure software delivery through access controls, secrets management, and deployment hardening
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, deployment standards, and operational workflows

• 3+ years of experience in a Dev Ops, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering role
• Strong experience working with Linux systems
  , preferably Red Hat–based distributions
• Practical experience supporting Golang applications in production environments
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD systems
  , build pipelines, and automated deployment strategies
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, service connectivity)
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for distributed systems
• Strong scripting skills (Bash or similar) for automation and operational tooling
• Ability to troubleshoot issues spanning application, system, and deployment layers
