MSIGHTS services make marketers more efficient and successful by providing a single view of overall marketing performance with actionable insights on what works and what doesn’t.

The MSIGHTS cloud‑based platform automatically collects and reconciles disparate data, making it immediately available to fuel a wide variety of analytical and visualization tools.

The Technology Operations team is responsible for maintaining and aiding operation processes. The role sits as the intersection of technology, data and process management. You’ll work closely with Product, Client Delivery, and Client Engagement teams to ensure seamless integration, transformation, and delivery of data for our clients. You will be the go‑to expert for data workflows, operational excellence, and process optimization.

• Own the end‑to‑end data onboarding and transformation process – from ingestion to mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Connect and maintain automated data connectors within the MSIGHTS Platform for ingesting data from various marketing platforms.
• Investigate data anomalies and execute quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage Agile project workflows and drive delivery of key data initiatives and client configurations.
• Champion process improvement – identify bottlenecks and drive solutions that enhance efficiency and scale.
• Become a subject matter expert on the MSIGHTS Platform, supporting both client implementations and internal tools.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European language a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in information Systems, Business Analytics, Technology Transformation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience working with data pipelines, ETL processes, or marketing data sources (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiarity with data quality, data mapping, and data transformation best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM frameworks and project management tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, a love of structured processes, and an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
