• Contribute to the design of digital transformation concepts and solution approaches
• Gather, structure, and document client requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Prepare and facilitate workshops together with your team
• Work collaboratively on project deliverables and help turn ideas into practical results
• Support project managers in the development and implementation of IT and digital solutions

• Hold a university degree in natural sciences, business, economics, or engineering, ideally at Master’s level
• Have French proficiency at C1 level and are fluent in English
• Bring a collaborative, structured, and solution‑oriented way of working
• Are curious, open‑minded, and motivated to grow both professionally and personally
• Are interested in a wide range of topics and excited to grow
• If you have initial experience in project work or exposure to topics relevant to our core services, especially if you hold a Bachelor’s degree – that is a plus
