Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Consultant for CRM Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.

• Define the technical roadmap and prioritize the backlog (Scrum/Kanban) while balancing technical debt, new features and strategic initiatives; ensure platform integrity.
• Translate complex business needs into technical and functional specifications; model customer journeys and optimize the use of the Microsoft standard by analysing user stories.
• Facilitate technical workshops, coordinate testing phases (UAT), provide level‑2/3 support and ensure the stability of deployments.

• CRM Core:
  Advanced expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Low‑Code / No‑Code:
  Mastery of Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model‑driven, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Integration & Data:
  Manage complex data flows and interfaces (API, Logic Apps) with ERP and marketing solutions.

5 years or more in CRM solution integration with strong technical expertise.

• MS Dynamics expertise: Understand platform limits and know when to extend beyond standard.
• Engineering culture: Agile methodologies, data modelling and integration best practices.
• Soft skills: Explain complex architectures to business leaders and lead technical teams.
• Education: HES or university degree in Computer Science or IT management.
• Languages: French mandatory;
  English C1 or higher a plus.
