Role Overview

Eraneos seeks a senior‑level AI & Data Business Development Manager to build relationships, shape transformative agendas and turn strategic opportunities into consulting mandates across the Romandie market.

• Drive business development and sales activities for AI and Data consulting engagements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑level stakeholders and position AI as a strategic lever for transformation and competitive advantage.
• Identify, shape and win complex AI and Data opportunities from early dialogue through mandate launch.
• Lead high‑impact consulting engagements from strategy through implementation, connecting AI initiatives with broader transformation programmes.
• Mentor, develop talent and contribute to local Data & AI practice growth.

• Extensive consulting experience in business transformation and AI/Data advisory with seniority to operate credibly at executive level.
• Strong track record in selling, developing and leading AI, GenAI, Data or digital transformation engagements.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence and position AI as a concrete agenda, not a trend.
• Experience shaping or leading large‑scale transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Expertise across current AI trends, LLM ecosystems, GenAI use cases and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Fluent French (C1+ level) and professional English proficiency.
• Preferred: experience in Public Sector, Utilities, Transport or regulated industries and an existing network in the Swiss Romandie market.
