HR Change Management Associate; French speaking

We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support a digital transformation mandate starting in June 2026. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new workflows, practices, and operating models across teams.

• Support teams and management throughout the digital transformation journey
• Deliver change management services within the overall transformation mandate
• Identify, analyse, and manage resistance to change
• Facilitate the adoption of new workflows, processes, and working practices
• Support the operational implementation of transformation initiatives across teams
• Co-create practical solutions together with teams, rather than applying a purely top-down approach
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and collaborative formats with key stakeholders
• Align new practices with a product- and audience-oriented organisation
• Integrate cultural, editorial, and newsroom-specific professional considerations into the change approach
• Help prioritise initiatives in line with the North Star vision and available resources
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant roles such as Change Management, Digital Transformation, Organisational Development, or Business Transformation
• Proven experience in supporting complex digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption management
• Experience supporting both teams and senior management through transformation processes
• Ability to identify resistance early and address it constructively
• Excellent facilitation, moderation, and workshop design skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and implementation-oriented working style
• Experience with product-oriented or audience-oriented organisational models is a strong advantage
• Fluent French with excellent verbal and written communication skills is mandatory
• English skills are an advantage
