Senior IGA / IAM Project Manager – Industrial IT

Hybrid working available.

Duration of 12 months with possible extension.

As part of a major Industrial IT transformation program, we are seeking an experienced Senior IGA / IAM Project Manager to lead Identity Governance and Administration initiatives across critical industrial business domains.

The successful candidate will work closely with business, IT, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to establish and drive identity and access governance processes across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operational Technology (OT), and Customer Service environments.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation roadmap for IGA/IAM initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and gap analysis activities between business requirements and target IGA solutions.
• Lead identity lifecycle management initiatives across industrial environments.
• Establish and strengthen governance frameworks for accounts, roles, and access rights.
• Define or enhance role models, workflows, governance rules, and identity repositories.
• Manage the progressive onboarding of industrial applications and systems into the IGA platform.
• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, cybersecurity, architecture, and external vendors.
• Oversee testing, validation, production readiness, and change management activities.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks to governance and steering committees.
• Produce project reporting, KPIs, dashboards, roadmaps, and executive presentations.

• 8–10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Strong experience delivering IAM and/or IGA programs.
• Experience with in industrial, manufacturing, or OT environments is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in identity governance, access management, and compliance initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of IAM, IGA, RBAC, and Identity Lifecycle Management concepts.
• Understanding of IT/OT architectures and integration challenges.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles within industrial environments.
• Solid project management, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with planning, reporting, and budget tracking tools.
