PMO
Location: Lausanne
Start date: August 2026
Contract duration: 6 months+
We are seeking a PMO resource to support a large-scale international transformation program in a complex, multi-country environment. The program includes major strategic initiatives such as:
- SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementation - HR Workday implementation
- PLM-related work streams
The role will ensure structured execution, coordination, and governance across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support program governance and reporting
- Coordinate stakeholders and work streams
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Maintain documentation and project structure
- Support Agile processes and ceremonies
- 3–5 years’ experience in Project Management / PMO roles
- Strong organisational and structuring skills
- Agile knowledge (Scrum / SAFe);
Scrum Master experience is a plus - Skilled with Azure Dev Ops or Jira, SharePoint, MS Office (Power BI nice to have)
- Experience in large, complex transformation programs is a strong advantage
- Languages:
English and French mandatory
