Responsibilities

Analyze source and target data structures.
Participate in defining data transformation and migration rules.
Develop and execute data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
Perform quality checks and consistency validations on migrated data.
Document implemented processes and ensure operation traceability.
Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project.

Requirements

Proven experience in data migration or integration projects between applications or ERPs.
Strong command of SQL (SQL Server or equivalent).
Good knowledge of data integration tools (ETL tools, Python, or data ingestion solutions).
Ability to analyze data models and define transformation rules in collaboration with business teams.
Rigorous and structured approach, particularly when handling sensitive and regulated data.
Experience in insurance, finance, or pension/employee benefits is a plus.
