We are looking for an experienced IAM Technical Expert to support a major Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative. The successful candidate will play a key role in application onboarding, identity lifecycle automation, access governance, and authentication modernization.

• Maintain and enhance the inventory of applications managed by the IAM platform.
• Identify applications not currently integrated with IAM processes and define onboarding and remediation plans.
• Assess application access management maturity, including provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
• Evaluate authentication methods and identify improvement opportunities related to SSO, Federation, MFA, and Microsoft Entra .
• Support application discovery initiatives and help identify unmanaged or locally managed applications.
• Integrate enterprise applications with the IAM ecosystem and Microsoft Entra  collaboration with IAM teams.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to best practices around identity and access governance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions.
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• Proven experience with automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra , SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Good understanding of RBAC, access governance, and identity lifecycle management
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs, and identity provisioning standards.
• Power Shell, scripting, or automation experience is considered a plus.
