IAM Technical Expert / Application Access & Provisioning

• Build and maintain an inventory of applications managed by the IAM platform
• Identify applications that are not integrated with IAM processes and establish remediation and onboarding plans
• Assess application access management maturity and identify gaps related to provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and authorization
• Assess application authentication methods and identify gaps related to SSO, federation, MFA, and Entra n
• Support application discovery initiatives to identify unknown, unmanaged, or locally managed applications
• Integrate applications with the IAM platform and Entra  (in collaboration with the IAM team)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms
• Experience implementing automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra , SSO, federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and MFA technologies
• Experience assessing application authentication and access management architectures
• Knowledge of RBAC implementation and access provisioning concepts
• Understanding of REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, and identity provisioning standards
• Experience integrating legacy applications into IAM ecosystems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
• Experience with Power Shell, scripting, or automation tools is a plus
