Senior Cloud Engineer

To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Senior Cloud Engineer
.

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring environments are reproducible, version‑controlled, and well‑documented.
• Own and improve Git Lab CI/CD pipelines, working closely with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and establish best practices across the organization.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and security gaps.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related infrastructure role.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in AWS – including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Cloud Watch, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Terraform, including module design, state management, and environment promotion.
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex problems.
• Ability to work on shift.
• Experience with AWS security tooling:
  Guard Duty, Security Hub, AWS Config.
• Knowledge of observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• AWS Solutions Architect or Hashi Corp Terraform Associate certification.
• Experience with multi‑account AWS Organizations setups.
• Knowledge of Azure
