IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Document interventions, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Maintain and update incident management and tracking tools (ITSM).
• Support and advise users professionally and with a pedagogical approach.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

• CFC (Federal VET Certificate) in IT, ES diploma in IT, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Windows environments.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM/deployment tools.
• Workstation and peripheral management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Driving licence required (regular travel between multiple sites).
