Meanquest recherche un Technicien Helpdesk MacOS/Apple pour assurer un support de proximité auprès des utilisateurs à Lausanne. Vous interviendrez sur postes de travail, tablettes et périphériques, et vous serez formé pour guider les utilisateurs dans la résolution des dysfonctionnements.
Vous enregistrerez les demandes, effectuerez des diagnostics et assurerez le suivi des tickets en respectant les procédures internes. La connaissance de MacOS, iPadOS, tvOS et Microsoft 365 est essentielle.
