Fonction:Support aux utilisateurs et gestion des services
Experis recherche pour l’un de ses clients un(e)
Technicien d'exploitation IT afin de renforcer son Centre d’Exploitation.
- Surveillance des systèmes IT (infrastructure, applications)
- Gestion des incidents (diagnostic, suivi, escalade)
- Restauration des services selon procédures
- Support technique et mise à jour de la documentation
- Formation IT (opérateur ou équivalent)
- Bonnes connaissances des environnements IT
- Rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
- Français courant + bon niveau d’anglais
- 100% – horaires en shifts (06h00–22h00) [
- Mission longue durée
- Basé à Lausanne (proximité souhaitée)
