• Design end-to-end IT architectures for manufacturing sites.
• Define integration strategies between ERP, MES, WMS, automation, and data systems.
• Lead customer workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
• Coordinate vendors, integration partners, and internal teams.
• Support deployment, validation, testing, and go-live activities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture within manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Proven expertise in ERP/MES integration and production systems architecture.
• Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1+);
  French, German or any other language is a plus.

This position requires 20-30% international travel
. Flexibility is essential, as projects regularly involve visits to customer and production sites worldwide. During key deployment phases, candidates should be prepared to spend several consecutive weeks on-site abroad to support integration, testing, and go-live activities.
