About the role :

We are seeking an Application Technical Support specialist to join our team and provide technical support for Quadrum applications.

You will be the primary point of contact for our users and play a key role in resolving their technical issues while contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical support requests and follow up on cases until resolution.
• Assist technical users with software installation, configuration, maintenance, and manage client upgrades and migrations.
• Report identified issues to the development team with detailed analysis data and contribute to technical documentation.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing support processes.

• Strong technical background:
  Hands-on experience with Docker (compose), Linux, and SQL.
• Technical support experience:
  Proven track record in a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Keycloak, Kubernetes, and SQL Server is a plus.

• Client-oriented:
  Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Work style:
  Ability to work mostly remotely while remaining open to occasional on-site client visits.
• Process improvement:
  Proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements to existing support processes.
