** Admissions and Enrollment department
** at EHL is responsible for managing the entire admissions process for Undergraduate and Graduate academic programs. It supports prospective students from initial contact through to final enrollment, carefully evaluating applications with both rigor and a personalized approach. The
** Admissions Operations Manager
** plays a key role in shaping EHL Hospitality Business School’s student community and future industry leaders by ensuring a qualitative, fair, and efficient admissions process. The role balances operational excellence with an outstanding candidate experience to support both selection quality and yield.

Reporting to the Head of Admissions & Enrollment Operations, the Admissions Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of admissions processing, leads a team of Admissions Officers, monitors operational performance, and drives continuous process improvements to achieve institutional goals. The role is instrumental in ensuring that admissions processes and operational models evolve in line with EHL HBS’s expanding academic portfolio, changing eligibility criteria, business requirements, increasing application volumes, and the integration of new programs and admissions pathways.  

The role fosters alignment across the admissions journey, working closely with colleagues across Admissions, Enrollment, Marketing, Recruitment, Scholarships, and Operations, while serving as a trusted point of contact for prospective students and their families. Success in this role requires a highly organized and analytical professional who combines rigor, attention to detail, and process excellence with a strong service mindset. ** What will you do?*
* * Actively perform Admissions Officer responsibilities for an assigned portfolio of applications, including candidate evaluation, interviews, decision preparation, applicant communication, and case management.
* Ensure the smooth coordination and progression of applications across the full admissions pipeline, from submission through to selection, maintaining efficiency, consistency, compliance, and adherence to service standards. Continuously adapt workflows and operational processes to support evolving admission requirements, new programs, and growing application volumes.
* Oversee process performance through quality control, KPI tracking, and regular health checks;
Deliver accurate and actionable reporting on pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making; proactively identify gaps and implement corrective actions to optimize operational effectiveness.
* Manage candidate attribution and workload distribution across the team, ensuring appropriate coverage and resource optimization in line with application volumes and business priorities.
