Un cabinet de recrutement recherche un(e) Responsable Excellence Opérationnelle pour un poste au sein d’une entreprise industrielle en Suisse. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience en Lean, avec au moins 5 ans dans un environnement de production, capable de créer et déployer des programmes Lean, former des équipes, et piloter des chantiers d’amélioration. Une excellente maîtrise des outils comme Six Sigma et VSM, ainsi qu'une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, sont requises.
Le poste est basé à Lausanne.
