Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Your Responsibilities- Assemble fuel cell stacks and system components (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) according to work instructions and technical drawings.
- Operate hand tools, torque tools, and precision assembly equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment.
- Handle sensitive components with care to ensure quality and reliability of the final product.
- Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product conformity and quality.
- Record production and test data accurately for traceability.
- Report deviations, defects, or process issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S principles.
- CFC in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in precision assembly of electro-mechanical systems in a controlled manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Manual dexterity, precision, and high attention to detail.
- Practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems; experience with fuel cell is an asset.
- Welding experience is an asset.
- Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
- Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
- Professional working level of French.
