GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is seeking a dynamic USP Biotechnologist Manager to drive upstream manufacturing excellence in a GMP-driven environment at our Lausanne site. You will lead campaigns, ensure safety and quality, and act as a technical reference across manufacturing teams.
You will combine mammalian cell culture expertise with leadership to guide cross-functional collaborations (MSAT, QA, Manufacturing) and champion continuous improvement to deliver life-changing therapies.
