Responsable Industrialisation
Fed Engineering est un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les métiers de l'ingénierie en Suisse.
Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans la conception et l'installation de machines industrielles, basée dans la région de Lausanne, recherche un(e) Responsable Industrialisation.
Vos responsabilités :- Piloter les projets d'industrialisation et de mise en production.
- Encadrer et accompagner les équipes techniques.
- Optimiser les processus, les coûts et la performance industrielle.
- Coordonner les différents départements impliqués dans les projets.
- Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des processus de production.
- Participer au développement et à l'amélioration continue des moyens de production.
- Formation technique supérieure ou équivalente.
- Expérience confirmée en industrialisation et/ou production.
- Expérience en management d'équipe.
- Esprit d'analyse, leadership et sens des responsabilités.
- Français courant, anglais un atout.
