Institution de référence active dans les soins à domicile autour de Lausanne, La Côte et l’Est vaudois recherche des infirmiers(ères) en soins à domicile.
Votre mission: assurer les soins infirmiers au domicile des bénéficiaires, évaluer les besoins, planifier et dispenser les soins adaptés, et assurer le suivi clinique.
Profil exigé: diplôme infirmier, minimum 2 ans d'expérience en soins à domicile, permis de conduire et véhicule, et extrait du casier judiciaire suisse vierge exigé.
