Infirmier/ière référent somatique recherché pour des missions à domicile dans le canton de Vaud. Poste 80% sur longue durée, avec évolution possible vers un poste fixe, au sein d’une CMS engagée et proche des patients.
Profil:
Bachelor HES-SO en soins infirmiers ou diplôme étranger reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse; au moins 2 ans à plein temps en psychiatrie et 1 an en Suisse; capacité d’écoute, autonomie et travail en réseau; permis de conduire indispensable.
