La Fondation de l’Orme à Lausanne recherche une infirmière cheffe adjointe ou un infirmier chef adjoint à 100 % pour rejoindre notre établissement médico-social de psychiatrie de l’âge avancé. Contrat à durée indéterminée à pourvoir dès le 1er janvier 2027, avec formation et intégration personnalisée.
Vous collaborerez avec l’infirmière cheffe pour garantir la qualité des soins, remplacerez l’infirmière en son absence et assurerez le pilotage d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
