La Fondation de l’Orme à Lausanne recherche une infirmière chef adjointe ou un infirmier chef adjoint à 100% pour un CDI à partir du 1er janvier 2027. Poste au sein d’un établissement médico-social de psychiatrie de l’âge avancé, accueillant 90 résidents et 150 collaborateurs.
Profil requis:
Diplôme HES en soins infirmiers, formation en management (CAS ou équivalent) et aptitude au travail en équipe interdisciplinaire. Autonomie et sens des responsabilités indispensables.
