We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Quality Engineer to join our startup company. In this role, you will help to drive all quality activities across the product development lifecycle, from concept to production. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver high-quality, innovative products that meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a hands-on position that requires collaboration with various teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop and Implement Quality Strategies:
  Create and execute a quality strategy that aligns with our goals and adapts to evolving project needs, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish quality requirements and ensure that products are built to specification.
• Foster a Culture of Quality:
  Champion quality within the organization, encouraging team members to embrace quality as a shared responsibility and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Customer-Centric Approach:
  Keep the voice of the customer at the forefront of all quality initiatives, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and quality assurance processes.
• Hands-On Testing and Validation:
  Participate in hands-on testing and validation activities to identify issues early and drive timely resolutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) relevant to product development in the tech industry.
• Hands-on experience in quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment, with a willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
