CHUV, the Lausanne University Hospital, is seeking a motivated PhD candidate to build and deploy a state‑of‑the‑art long‑read sequencing analysis pipeline around Pac Bio HiFi data. You will contribute to variant discovery and genome assembly within the Pak Gene consortium, a major rare disease genomics initiative.
The role covers design, benchmarking, and integration of AI/ML in variant interpretation, and participation in a dynamic international team at CHUV, Lausanne.
