Une institution d'enseignement à Lausanne recherche un(e) Chef de Partie pour rejoindre le restaurant étoilé Berceau des Sens. Vous participerez à la production gastronomique et encadrerez des étudiants, tout en respectant les normes d'hygiène HACCP. Le candidat idéal possède un CFC ou CAP Cuisine et au moins 2 ans d'expérience en étoilé Michelin. Ce poste offre un contrat permanent, des repas gratuits et d'autres prestations.
