We are currently looking for a Part-Time - Sales Advisor at 80%, on a permanent contract, available as soon as possible.

• Welcome and assist the needs of a demanding clientele
• Build customer loyalty through tailored and personalised advice
• Contribute to enhancing the brand image by providing a unique and premium level of service

• Achieve and increase sales using key commercial indicators
• Master cash desk procedures and carry out all required transactions
• Promote the brand image and guarantee the quality standards of our company

• Receive, label, and display products
• Help maintain impeccable store cleanliness
• Organise the sales floor and display products according to company guidelines

• Review sales figures, documents, and instructions while respecting confidentiality
• Check and manage stock levels and replenishment on the sales floor to constantly meet customer needs
• Ensure follow-up of customer service: returns, repairs
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative reporting

• You have proven experience in high-end or luxury retail
• You wish to build on your commercial experience while working with an international, premium clientele
• You demonstrate a strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills
• You thrive on challenges, are eager to learn, and have a strong affinity for our products and brand
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and great listening abilities
• You also have an impeccable presentation, a strong sense of service, and persuasive abilities
