EVAM à Lausanne recrute un-e Assistant-e social-e en antenne en CDI à 100%. Vous assurez le suivi administratif et les entretiens sociaux, élaborez des plans d'action personnalisés et soutenez les bénéficiaires dans leur parcours d'intégration sociale et professionnelle.
Profil recherché :
Bachelor HES en travail social, au moins 3 ans d'expérience, connaissance du réseau vaudois et des assurances sociales, français excellent, et intérêt marqué pour la migration.
