Dans le cadre d'une recherche de personnel pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons activement un.e assistant.e social.e pour un poste fixe à Lausanne.
ASSISTANT.E SOCIAL.EVOTRE PROFIL :- Vous avez un bachelor HES en travail social (reconnaissance SEFRI si diplôme étranger).
- Une expérience confirmée
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du réseau vaudois et des assurances sociales.
LE POSTE est à pourvoir au plus vite.
TEMPS DE TRAVAIL : 60-80%
- Vous êtes en charge du suivi administratif et des entretiens sociaux.
- Vous mettez en place un plan d'action personnalisés.
- Vous soutenez les bénéficiaires dans l'intégration sociale, professionnelle et administrative.
- Vous coordonnez avec les partenaires internes et externes.
- Vous veillez au respect des règles du foyer.
Il n'y a pas de gestion financière ni de suivi budgétaire.
