We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to help drive high‑impact projects across operations, strategy, and execution. This is a highly dynamic, hands‑on role for someone who is hungry to learn, thrives in ambiguity, and gets things done

• Execute fast—take ownership of key projects and drive them from idea to execution with minimal oversight.
• Optimize operations—streamline internal processes, manage projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Leverage AI and automation—use the latest AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision‑making.
• Support the founders wherever needed—prepare presentations, conduct research, and ensure meetings are well‑structured with clear action items.
• Manage cross‑functional coordination—work across teams to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
• Handle tactical execution—from operational tasks to strategic initiatives, roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
• Adapt quickly and solve problems—navigate uncertainty, figure things out on the fly, and always find a way forward.

• BS or MS in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in startups, operations, consulting, or project management (or a strong track record of executing ambitious projects).
• Proven ability to get things done—fast, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows—you're constantly looking to find a smarter way to get things done and are comfortable coding or using AI code generators.
• Analytical mindset—experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and decision‑making based on metrics.
• Strong operational skills—organized, process‑oriented, and excellent at keeping things on track.
• Self‑starter mentality—highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in an unstructured environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work across teams and engage with people from different backgrounds (biologists, software engineers, suppliers, investors).
