Healio is an early-stage Swiss startup in Lausanne building AI-native workforce planning software for healthcare. As a Software Engineer, you’ll work with founders and the CTO to shape the platform across the stack, from UI to backend, with a strong emphasis on architecture, testing and security.
You’ll contribute to scheduling algorithms, data models and AI-enabled experiences, while collaborating with users to ensure product-market fit and scalable, trustable software in a multi-tenant
