Delivery Operations Manager
• Lausanne, CHDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Develop and implement the delivery strategy across the Swiss market.
- Identify core restaurants to expand and strengthen the delivery business.
- Define sales targets for all channels.
- Advise owner/operators on improving operational performance and maximize results.
- Implement best practices to support restaurant operations and improve delivery courier experience.
- Build strong relationships with third party delivery partners / 3PO.
- Experience in a similar position with regional/national scope (delivery operations/fleet model deployment, franchisee management).
- Excellent command of English, French and German is an asset.
- Willing to travel between the HQ, restaurants and 3PO's offices.
